Orders status reflects the current phase your order is going through.

Active orders: the orders you submitted, but not completed or you haven’t downloaded their report yet;
Pending orders: the orders you submitted, but not received;
Processing orders: the orders getting worked on by our team;
Completed orders: the orders ready to be delivered and once you open them you can download their reports.

Once order is completed, you can find and download your reports on Your Account page.
